At Aurabiōm, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases. If you're genuinely dissatisfied with your product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Eligibility
- Single-unit purchases only. Refunds are available for orders containing one unit of a product.
- Bundle purchases and multi-packs are not eligible.
- Within 30 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation.
- One refund per customer per year. Each customer is entitled to one refund within any 12-month period.
- New or gently used condition. Products should not be substantially depleted.
Eligible Reasons
- Unexpected skin reaction or irritation
- Allergic response to ingredients
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Product significantly differs from website description Received wrong item
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or feel (when consistent with product description)
- Expected faster or different results (individual results vary based on skin type and consistency of use)
- Failure to follow usage instructions
- Ordering errors (wrong product selected, duplicate orders) Gift recipient preferences
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@aurabiom.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
Our team will respond within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For damaged or defective products, we may ask for a photo to help us improve our quality control and shipping processes.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us immediately at support@aurabiom.com (within 48 hours preferred) We'll replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost
Damage claims are handled separately from our satisfaction guarantee and do not count toward refund limits.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Bundles and multi-unit purchases
- Products purchased during sales or with discount codes exceeding 20%
Gift cards - Subscription orders (cancel anytime before renewal; no refunds on fulfilled shipments) Items marked "final sale"
European Union Customers
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection law.
This right applies only to unopened products in original, sealed packaging. Once a personal care product is opened or the seal is broken, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e), as the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To exercise your EU withdrawal right for unopened products, contact support@aurabiom.com within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Chargebacks
We're committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly. If you're dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at support@aurabiom.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting Aurabiōm support, or for reasons that do not qualify under this policy, may be disputed with full transaction documentation.

Aurabiōm reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date. Aurabiōm monitors refund activity and reserves the right to limit refunds in cases of abuse.
