Pre-Order Policy

Availability & Estimated Ship Date

Pre-order items are not yet in stock and are currently in production. When you place a pre-order, the estimated ship timeframe is displayed on the product page at checkout. This timeframe is measured from the date your order is placed.

Payment

Your payment method is charged at the time your pre-order is placed.

Fulfillment Order

Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis in the order they are received. Placing your pre-order earlier secures your position in the fulfillment queue.

Delays

If your pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated ship date, we will notify you promptly by email and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation. To cancel, email us at support@aurabiom.com.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment, unless you choose to place separate orders. We recommend placing pre-orders separately from in-stock purchases to avoid delays on available items.
